Which backgrounds are relevant?

We consider people from accounting, finance, tax, assurance, ERP and systems, banking and trade, data/reporting and related advisory backgrounds. What matters is whether your experience can contribute to the work ESC actually performs.

Can students or fresh graduates apply?

Yes. Select the graduate or internship option and explain the disciplines you are interested in, the work you have already done and what you want to learn.

Will every application receive an interview?

No. We review applications against current and expected needs. Where there is a meaningful fit, the relevant team may contact you for a discussion.
